10th November 2023 at 03:00 PM - Let's Vote & Teegala Krishna Reddy Educational Society Conducted Voter Awareness Camp at TKR College Grounds
  1. The campaign was kick-started by Let’s Vote, Election Watch and several Civil Societies cutting the ribbon.
  2. Students, lecturers and people from a broad spectrum of society took part in a rally held as part of a campaign to promote awareness on voting right in the town
  3. An awareness rally was carried with over 5000 participants and made a strong appeal to people to cast their votes on 30th November.
  4. Let’s Vote National Convener Prof. K.Subba Rangaiah and other officials also took part in the voter awareness campaign.
  5. Principal K.Venkata Murali Mohan flagged off the rally. In a novel approach to promote voter awareness and combine it with the joyous celebrations and traditions of Diwali, Election watch, Residential welfare associations, Let’s Vote launched a twenty days campaign that witnessed various sections of society pledging their commitment to ethical voting.
  6. Dean Dr M.Suresh Babu, NSS Program officers Kumar Swamy, Sunitha, Pharmacy College Principal K.Vijaya and several others spoke on the event.
  7. This innovative campaign was aimed at instilling a sense of responsibility and civic duty among the citizens. The campaign commenced on the first day at Teegala Krishna Reddy Ground, an event that saw new voters, faculty members and non teaching staff coming together organize rallies, pledge, candle marches and human chains.
  8. Let’s Vote is conducting a massive event at Gachibowli Stadium on 25th November 2023.
 
8th November 2023 at 11:00 AM - Let's Vote - Joint CEO, TS - Meeting - Planning for events to be conducted to boost electorals voting in the upcoming elections dated 30th November 2023
  1. Sri Sarfaraz Ahmad, IAS, Joint Chief Electoral Officer has given an appointment to meet the representatives of Let’s vote, HYSEA and Amcham members.
  2. Planned for organising a 5K Walk on 25th November 2023 at Gachibowli Stadium
  3. All Employees and their family members invited to participate in the 5K Walkathon and make it a success
  4. We are expecting few celebrities like Shekar Kammula,Daggupti Rana, Pullela Gopichand, etc on 25th morning
  5. Chief Election officials will also be gracing the above event on 25th Nov at Gachibowli Stadium

  1. The events such as Marathon Walk, Digital Democracy drives, University/College drives, Story Box for school children to motivate their parents, publicity through metro have been planned

  1. Infosys Organized online meeting for its employees in collaboration with Let's Vote on voter awareness and voter registration
  2. On 30th October 2023 during 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM various doubts cleared by Prof. KSR, Let's Vote
  3. Feedback: Thank you for taking out your valuable time for helping out our employees in enrolling as a voter or even change their vote location. The employees have appreciated the effort as it has come in a timely matter. Thank you once again sir.

  2. Discussed Ethical Voting and its importance by Prof. KSR, Director, VEDA IIT, Hyderabad
  3. All let's vote executive body unanimously agreed to provide awareness on the Mobile Apps provided by ECI such as Voter Helpline App, Saksham App, cVIGIL App, Voter Turnout App etc
  4. Seeking help of story box which is used by school children for reading and thereby to motivate their parents
  5. Concluded the meeting not only awareness but also to conduct certain social activities to boost the urban and IT sector voting
 
26th October 2023 at 3:30 PM - Let's Vote - InVecas & ATAI Company Meeting Conducted at VEDA IIT, Hyderabad and Guntur
  1. A Meeting is conducted to the employees of InVecas & ATAI both at Hyderabad and Guntur
  2. Importance of Ethical Voting explained by Prof. KSR, Director, VEDA IIT, Hyderabad and InVecas, ATAI Company Heads Mr. Srinivasa & Mr. Suresh respectively.
  3. Provided awareness to install and utilize the Mobile Apps provided by ECI such as Voter Helpline App, Saksham App, cVIGIL App, Voter Turnout App etc
  4. Concluded the meeting with Elector's Pledge & National Anthem

  1. Voter awareness walk at Malkajgiri about 2KM. CEO Mr. Bhanwar Lal has attended to this event, around 400 people are participated
  2. Voter awareness meeting in JNTUH Auditorium with 1000 students. CEO of AP, VC, Principal and professors and staff of JNTUH are addressed the students
  3. Organized Voter Awareness camps in Tech Mahindra, TCS, Infotech etc.
  4. Organized Voter Awareness counter in Seva Mela 2013
  5. Vote For My Future Walk around KBR Park with 200 students of Okridge School
  6. WALKATHON with Students of different schools & IT Professionals at Raheja IT Park
